Streetwood Management
Architecture

Each of our clients has unique needs and goals, and since 1996 Streetwood has successfully executed projects for real estate developers, non-profit organizations, lenders, telecommunication startups, and private schools. Working side-by-side with our clients, we’ve repositioned major office buildings, secured substantial historic renovation tax credits, built beautiful new apartment buildings and transformed a historic office building to amazing market rate apartments, run visionary downtown planning and redevelopment programs, developed multi-site data and communication networks, and built private schools; through it all we continue to be our clients trusted representative, project manager and most of all, do-er. Our clients can count on experienced leadership, and an independent agent who can deal aggressively, but fairly, with the design, construction, and real estate development process; advocate their interests; and move their projects forward.
